Problem with sync to local WebDAV server

We just set up a server with WebDAV to test local file syncing and have run into a roadblock... In the Zotero Sync preferences tab I've unchecked "Sync Automatically", checked "Enable File Syncing", made sure I have the right protocol (HTTP), URL is correct, and put in a username and password. When I click "Verify Server" I get the following message:

"Please enter the master password for the Software Security Device."

Is there something I've done wrong? What is the plug-in even asking for with "master password for the Software Security Device"?

I'm using version 2.0b4.

    Zotero stores all passwords in the Firefox password manager. If you choose to have a master password (which is a great idea for a shared computer), you'd need to type this in for Zotero to store your sync passwords and/or for firefox to access them if you don't already have a session open.
