Forcing citations to the end of the bibliography

I'm editing a style for citations and I managed to have it look like I wish. Only one thing does not work. Citations must be ordered by author name, but, I also have websites in my references, which are cited by Title, not by Author. Now I have websites at the beginning of the bibliography and then the rest of the entries. How can I force websites to the end of the bibliography?

You need to sort on an author macro, which includes the proper substitution logic. Most styles have this, so take a look.
