footnote style seems to be inconsistent
for example,
Lynda J. Oswald, “International Issues in Secondary Liability for Intellectual Property Rights Infringement,” The American Business Law Journal 45 (2008): 258–59.
but another footnote appear;
JEFFREY STAVROFF, “Comment: Damages in Dissonance: The ‘Shocking’ Penalty for Illegal Music File-Sharing,” Capital University Law Review, 2011, 659–62.
What should I do? Could anyone help me?

Please check how the data is entered in Zotero.
How are you adding these citations into your text document? (You should be using the Zotero AddIn from the Ribbon menu in Word/Libre office etc.)
However, after I have changed the style form chicago manual of style 17 th edition (full note) to Blubook law review, My footnote is fine, now.
