Synching Problem

i am using Zotero 5.0.49 version both at my home and my office, with different computers. There is no problem with my office computer but i have problem about synching with my home computer. Synching is never ending. Even after 3 hours, synching was continuing last night. During that time when i tried to open pdf, it wasn't opened and gave error.

how can i fix this?

Could you provide a Report ID to start?

If you restart Zotero and sync again, does it work? If not, can you provide a Debug ID for a sync that hangs?

and yes even if i restart Zotero, sync is never ending.
"Syncing the files in the library (68 left)
Last syncing: 23 minutes ago"

That is the Syncing message when i go the sync button with mouse. And yes, i upgraded to 5.0.51
