WORD PLUGIN DOES NOT RESPOND

hi guys, after finally fixing my zotero, i have access to my refrences. but now, the word plugin doesnt respond at all.
im using windows 10, word 2016
  • What exactly do you mean by “does not respond”?

    (Please avoid ALL CAPS)
  • even if i click on "Add/Edit citations" or "biography".. Nothing happens !

  • Now when i keep on clicking, it gives me a message about Firefox Safe mode! BUT im currently working with chrome. any idea how i can fix this? thank you

    There's a problem accessing files in your Zotero data directory. You can try deleting the 'styles' and 'translators' directories in that directory and restarting Zotero, but there's a good chance this is caused by security software on your computer.
  • i deactivated my security, the problem is i cant delete these files..
  • You can't delete those directories? OK, so that's a problem on your system that you'll need to debug. That's obviously not a Zotero problem, so we can't help with that.
