WORD PLUGIN DOES NOT RESPOND

hi guys, after finally fixing my zotero, i have access to my refrences. but now, the word plugin doesnt respond at all.
im using windows 10, word 2016

    What exactly do you mean by “does not respond”?

    even if i click on "Add/Edit citations" or "biography".. Nothing happens !

    Now when i keep on clicking, it gives me a message about Firefox Safe mode! BUT im currently working with chrome. any idea how i can fix this? thank you

    There's a problem accessing files in your Zotero data directory. You can try deleting the 'styles' and 'translators' directories in that directory and restarting Zotero, but there's a good chance this is caused by security software on your computer.

    i deactivated my security, the problem is i cant delete these files..

    You can't delete those directories? OK, so that's a problem on your system that you'll need to debug. That's obviously not a Zotero problem, so we can't help with that.
