Saving Zotero Files not saving as PDF

Hello,

Just recently I have had some troubles saving my PDF's. When I save it comes up as a white page with a link instead of the PDF itself. So when I sync between devices the PDF cannot be found and I get that error message. It just began happening to me so I am not sure what it can be.

Is this from a specific site? If so, what's an example URL?

To solve this problem I have had to download the PDF and then drag it up to add the attachment. Before, it would just do it automatically.

If you right-click on the item and choose Show File, is the selected file a PDF? How big is it?

Can you provide a Debug ID from Zotero for a save that produces one of these files? It'd be best if you could save from a site that uses real permanent URLs (so not, e.g., EBSCOhost).

Yes it shows up as a pdf with a pdf icon in the file itself. But on the Zotero desktop server it shows up with a white page and a link.

The file size is 168kb. I don't know why these files aren't syncing anymore.

Also, the blue circle in the attachment collum is not fully coloured in when these files are attached.
