Upgrade StorageSaving Zotero Files not saving as PDF

Just recently I have had some troubles saving my PDF's. When I save it comes up as a white page with a link instead of the PDF itself. So when I sync between devices the PDF cannot be found and I get that error message. It just began happening to me so I am not sure what it can be.

To solve this problem I have had to download the PDF and then drag it up to add the attachment. Before, it would just do it automatically.
Can you provide a Debug ID from Zotero for a save that produces one of these files? It'd be best if you could save from a site that uses real permanent URLs (so not, e.g., EBSCOhost).
The file size is 168kb. I don't know why these files aren't syncing anymore.
