The state "Zotero is currently unavailable" has been existed for several months, and the suggested actions were also tried again and again according to "https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/connector_zotero_unavailable", while neither "http://127.0.0.1:23119/connector/ping " could open nor the suggested actions were worked.
My error report ID is 766209864 and the it was stated as follows.

[JavaScript Error: "No frame with id 87 in tab 177."]

really has all the information we have on this. If http://127.0.0.1:23119/connector/ping doesn't load, something on your computer is preventing that connection.
It's unclear what exactly you have tried and looked for.
