Upgrade Storagetroubleshooting missing Word 2016 (365 version) ribbon
I'm having trouble getting the Zotero ribbon to appear in my current version of Word. (2016, Office 365 version). I am using Standalone 5.x
I've checked that Zotero word Windows integration is enabled. I've manually installed by copying the Zorero.dotm into the Word startup folder. No dice.
If I open the Zotero.dotm as located in the Zotero program folder, and I make sure that macros are enabled, then the ribbon appears.
If I open the Zotero.dotm located in the Word Startup folder (user/appdata/roaming/microsoft/word/), then word gives an error saying "Sorry, we could not find your file..."
If I open any other word doc, there is no ribbon.
Any suggestions?
