Upgrade StorageUI and synching
A colleague of mine mentioned the other day that they are working with the same library on two machines, and have issues with availability of items on machine on the other. I haven't investigated this yet, but it made me think about synching.
Would it be an idea to colour the sync arrow (on the sync button) red whenever a sync is outstanding? (The automated sync initiates after 10 secs or, so not a big deal, but would show the users that a sync is outstanding.)
What are the timeframe for sync-upload and sync-download? Sync-upload seems to be about 5-10 secs. What is it for syncing the other direction?
Also, out of interest, why is the automated sync faster than the sync that happens when you hit the sync button?
