Disparition d'icone Zotero dans word de Window10

Bonsoir à tous,svp, il y a quelques jours, j'ai constaté que l'îcone de Zotéro a quitté mon Word de Window10, malgré que j'ai fait des mises à jour et j'ai réinstallé Zotéro sur mon ordinateur, le problème persiste. Svp aidez moi à résoudre ce problème car j'ai besoin de ça pour écrire un article . Merci
