Groups

Today I helped a colleague download Zotero and added her to one of my groups, which says she's a member, but when she logs onto Zotero, the library I added her doesn't show up in the Groups listing on the left side. How do we get her access to it? We tried logging off and logging back on and no luck. Thank you!
  • Have you let the Zotero app finish syncing on her computer after you enter the login information? Groups will appear as the sync is processed.
  • @jennywalker: The other possibility is that you invited her with a different email address from the one she's using for her current account, in which case you should invite her with the email address she's already using.
