RTF/ODF-Scan Add On Not Working

I have installed the RTF/ODF Scan for Zotero add on (http://zotero-odf-scan.github.io/zotero-odf-scan/), but the "Scannable Cite" export option is not available. the add on is showing up in the Add Ons menu, and the RTF Scan tool has been changed to RTF/ODF Scan, so it appears the add on was installed correctly.

I am running Zotero 5.0.47 on a Ubuntu 16.04 system.

Away from computer, but there are instructions for manually installing scannable cite in the main support thread for the add on
