Upgrade StorageWord 2016-Windows 10-Zotero 5.0
Hello!
I cannot get the Zotero tab to show up in Word. I've tried re-installing (even uninstalling despite the documentation saying you shouldn't have to). I've also tried disabling and re-enabling the Word add-on. I had no issues on my Dell, but just bought an HP which is the computer I'm having these issues on.
If anyone has any trouble shooting ideas, I appreciate the help!

adomasven Zotero TeamMake sure you are using the latest version of Word. Have you tried these suggestions?

tay.novYes, I've tried all of that. The Word Add-On was never disabled/grayed out. I've tried reinstalling. I've tried disabling and enabling the add-on. I still can't get a tab to appear in Word. It doesn't show up in the options > add-on pathway in Word either.
