Upgrade Storagezotero word plugin not working
Zotero not working in word. I press add/edit and nothing happens. I have word 2016 through the school.

adomasven Zotero TeamAre you on Windows XP? I'm afraid we no longer support it. You will have to upgrade your operating system.

adomasven Zotero TeamWell, it might work with XP though. You could try submitting a startup debug ID. Do not submit the Debug ID before attempting to interact with Zotero via Word first.
