But I haven't modified anything. All I am trying to do is add more citations. I don't know whether to pic YES or NO. Help!

To confirm, you haven’t manually edited citations, such as to add page numbers or “e.g.,”?

Are you using Track Changes?

If you haven’t modified the citations, you can safely just agree to discard the changes.
