Upgrade StorageNo access to old libary in zotero.sqlite after firefox renovation and zotero actualisation

after I got the message, my firefox browser should be renovated (and all add-ons removed) for a bitter performance I did so. Unfortunately I did not realize that you can select add-ons. Then I tried to start zotero on my desktop (symbol Z was not shown all the time, but it had worked so far). Now Zotero did not find the library. I decided to download the new Zotero version 5, but it still does not find the old data. I localized them (zotero.sqlite) but have no access to them (they are gray).
What to do to get the data back?
