Zotero and Word integration

Hi all
Zotero was working fine with Word but suddenly when I click Add citation nothing happens. Tried to reinstall and also all the steps in the help document but it still doesn't work.
Any suggestions?

Have you tried restarting your computer? If so, which operating system, which Word and Zotero version?
