Zotero Connector damaged?

Hey everybody,

I have a problem downloading the zotero connector.
The problem report says that the add-on can't be installed since it seems to be damaged?

I have a mac (Version El Capitan, Firefox Browser 41.0.2. and Word 2011)

i hope you can help me finally using Zotero :)

    You're running a very old version of Firefox. Upgrade to the latest version.

    Thanks for the hint, Firefox suggested to me that it was totally up to date ;)

    Now the collecting of sources works but another problem occured:
    I cannot find the Zotero ICONS in work to do a list of literature...

    I thought in the latest Zotero Version that i downloaded the Work Plugin is already included... Could the problem also be that my Word Version is too old? (2011)

    Or how can i find/get the Zotero Icon Board in Word?

    Word 2011 should totally work (although make sure you are running the latest version). See https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_usage
