Setting for file storage does not match

In my settings, it shows my current plan as 6 GB on the right side of the screen (which should be correct) and only 300 MB on the left side of the screen.

Consequently, I cannot sync from my computer to the cloud.

How do I fix this?

    You mean on https://www.zotero.org/settings/storage ? You have 6GB highlighted in green on the right but it says Quota 300MB at the top on the left?

    @fcheslack -- I think that's your part of the woods?
  • The highlighted green indicates your last subscription level, even after it has expired and your storage has reverted to the free level. If you click the 'Renew Now' button that's the subscription level it will charge you for.
