error has occurred, please restart

Zotero has been running fine for some time. But I restarted my computer just now and received this message after starting Zotero. Error ReportID: 992181834. Just before the restart, I received same error message. In the past and now, I seem to get more Zotero problems on this Windows laptop that has a slower hard disk than my other laptop.
  • Do you get this message immediately at Zotero startup or after performing some action? Could you produce a startup debug ID, if that menu option is available for you after starting Zotero?
