I cannot synchronize my database

I upgraded my storage some months ago. My storage subscription is set to automatically renew 2/6/2019. When I try to synchronize I get an error message: "An error occurred during syncing". Error inform Id 242366192. I tried it during the last week and It was impossible.
  • Win error 5 during operation open on file C:\Users\[…]\Zotero\tmp\PKPEXQBM.zip
    This is generally due to security software on your system preventing Zotero from properly writing to the disk. If you're running any security software, try temporarily disabling it.
  • But I am trying to synchronize my database in my computer with the database online, not the other way (from online to my computer)
  • Zotero still needs to write files in order to upload.
