I cannot synchronize my database

I upgraded my storage some months ago. My storage subscription is set to automatically renew 2/6/2019. When I try to synchronize I get an error message: "An error occurred during syncing". Error inform Id 242366192. I tried it during the last week and It was impossible.

    This is generally due to security software on your system preventing Zotero from properly writing to the disk. If you're running any security software, try temporarily disabling it.

    But I am trying to synchronize my database in my computer with the database online, not the other way (from online to my computer)

    Zotero still needs to write files in order to upload.
