Error while saving PDF

I am unable to save any pdf with Zotero connector. When I try to save a PDF with the connector I have the message : "An error occurred while saving this item. Try again, and if the issue persists see Getting Help for more information."

Most likely your network connection in Zotero is broken.

Are you able to submit a Debug ID from Zotero for the save error? If not, check "Report Errors…" for errors that you can copy here.

I can't submit the debug output : "An error occurred sending debug output." Do you want the entire error report ?

Right, so see either Connection Error or SSL Certificate Error.
