Upgrade StorageZotfile: No folder structure with USB-MTP connected Android 6 e-reader

Zotfile has a problem selecting existing folders on an android 6 e-reader. I cannot select a folder on the reader. Zotero as well cannot work with the existing folder structure. The operating system is win 10 and the explorer is working with the file system on the reader The reader is connected via MTP. Changing to PTP did not help either. For your support I would like to thank you in advance.
