Upgraded Storage

Hello,
I recently upgraded my storage and then restarted Zotero. After several attempts, it still won't save my articles. Is there something else I need to do to ensure this storage is available?

  • Failure to save something is never due to storage. What's actually happening and at what URL?
  • That's good to know. I was maxed out anyways. It simply says that it cannot save at this time. The URL is through PubMed. Do you want the exact link?

    Yes, we need the exact link. (You can x out any institution/proxy name if you want.) We also need a Report ID.
