Zotero Lose Response After Upgrading Windows 10 to 1803 Build

After upgrading Windows 10 to 1803 build, everytime start Zotero, it loses response within 5 seconds.
I tried uninstall it and install newest Zotero. The problem is still.

There've been a few reports of problems with the Windows 10 April 2018 update. We haven't investigated yet, but you can follow this thread for any updates.
