Help with linked files
I collect files from many sources, and store them locally on my local disk in the Dropbox folder. Currently, if I add a file to Zotero, a duplicate copy is made to the Zotero data directory (which is not in the Dropbox folder). I use Dropbox, Sharepoint, and other methods to share and back up files. I would prefer to leave the downloaded PDFs in their original Dropbox folders, and have Zotero link to them when I add them, instead of making a duplicate copy. The online documentation suggests that this is possible, but I can not figure out how to make it happen.

adamsmithOn Windows, hold ctrl+shift while dragging the files to Zotero (or use the "Attach link to file option" if you you through the menus)
