Unexpected Status code 500

HTTP GET https://********:********@api.zotero.org/users/1203097/laststoragesync failed: Unexpected status code 500

Sometimes my zotero syncs just fine but other times I repeatedly get the above code. Do you know why? And how can I stop it doing this?
