I can't log in to my zotero

I can't log in to zotero on my computer. I can do it here. And I changed the password but it doesn't work. Can you help me?

    What exactly happens when you try to log in to the zotero app? What is the error message? Can you submit an Error Report ID (from the Help menu)?

    The error message is [JavaScript Error: "API key not set"
    I am just writing my password, press enter...and nothing. Name or password are not correct.... But it is correct
