Word could not communicate with Zotero

Hi guys

I recently dowloaded Zotero 5.0 for Mac + Zotero Connector, and then dowloaded Microsoft Word on my mac.
Whenever I want to edit or add a citation on my words documents the following message pops up : "Word could not communicate with Zotero. Please ensure that Zotero is open and try again."
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Zotero and the connector but it still doesn't work...
The "Zotero Word for Mac integration" in the zotero tools > add ons is enabled.

Do you have any clue ??
