Word could not communicate with Zotero

Hi guys
Here's my report ID : 535801382
I recently dowloaded Zotero 5.0 for Mac + Zotero Connector, and then dowloaded Microsoft Word on my mac.
Whenever I want to edit or add a citation on my words documents the following message pops up : "Word could not communicate with Zotero. Please ensure that Zotero is open and try again."
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Zotero and the connector but it still doesn't work...
The "Zotero Word for Mac integration" in the zotero tools > add ons is enabled.

Do you have any clue ??

To be sure, do you have the Zotero app open (in addition to Word)?

yes both the apps are open

Could you provide a startup Debug ID from Zotero?

You have to follow "Reporting Startup Errors", specifically 2a and 3a.

What version of Word are you on (like 16.11)? Have you tried restarting your Mac?
