feature request: ability to see and manage all tags in list

I don't know if this has been suggested, but I think that tag management needs to be improved. If I expand the tag selector window to its biggest size, I can only see tags in the As. I'd like the ability to bring up a list of all my tags and edit/delete them. Right now, there's typos and awkward tags, ones I really want to get rid of.

Does anyone know of a tag file that I can edit?

    If you have a mouse with a scroll wheel (or a laptop trackpad that simulates one, which is pretty much all laptops) you can scroll through the tags that way.

    Fair enough - I've done that. But it's still tough to manage tags that way. Speaking for myself, just putting them in a simple list would help me delete tags.

    Plus, what about those without the scroll wheel or simulator?

    I'm not ruling out an alternative list-based interface, just noting a current workaround.
