what does pin/unpin Bibtex key mean? How to change Citation key?

I thought pin/unpin Bibtex means modify/unmodify Citation key. But when I chose pin Bibtex key, I still coundn't change Citation key. Due to nonsupport of Chinese, it is necessary to know how to change Citation key.

Zotero doesn't have this functionality so presumably you're talking about Better BibTeX. See instructions for manual citekeys on the developer's documentatino page: https://retorque.re/zotero-better-bibtex/citation-keys/

Pin just means "keep the current key regardless of changes to the reference which would otherwise generate a new key".

The page Adam links to explains how to set your own manually using "bibtex: yourkey"
