Group members not seeing group

Hello,

I have set someone up as a new member of our group library, I have watched them accept and validate their email and added their login details so that they can sync, but the library isn't syncing how it usually does.

Then when I go back into my zotero it is saying his invite is still pending.

Please can someone help me with this?
