Zotero Help menu shows me ID 1632731760 for an errors that appeared after attempting to insert a citation.

In Zotero Preferences -> Cite -> Word Processors reinstall the Word addon.

Adomasven thank you for responding so quack, but when I try to add citation to footnotes this massage comes up:
Zotero experienced an error updating your document.

The operation couldn't be completed. (OSStatus error -1728.) @[prepareReadFieldCode:document.m:210]

Yes. To fix that you need to reinstall the Word plugin, as described above and restart Word. If it doesn't work, try reinstalling the plugin manually https://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_manual_installation#manually_installing_the_zotero_word_for_mac_2016_plugin
