Share group library on another server than Zotero

Dear Zotero users and developers,
we would like to share our Zotero database on a local server of our institution. I've seen the possibility to store my local library with a webdav server which is working to save my own library.
But y question is how to share the group library and store the database with its files into a local server (with webdav protocol or another) ? Is there a possibility to do so ?

    Not without installing a full version of the Zotero server locally and modifying the clients to sync with that, not. (That is possible but unsupported and fairly involved)
