Online library is not updating based on sync

I have synced my library up several times in the last few weeks. However, I checked my online library this morning, and it looks like my library did six months ago. I need to get my online library up to date because I'm trying to coordinate between my work computer and my home office computer. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?
  • Unless you're getting a sync error (red exclamation mark next to the round green sync button at the top right) the most common reason for this is syncing with a different account than you log in.
    Please triple check that you have mchugh.bridget in the username field in the sync tab of Zotero.
