Incorrect document refresh after three-item merge
There is a bug in the interaction of integration support with merged items. Steps to reproduce:
(1) Create an item in Zotero.
(2) Duplicate the item twice.
(3) Open an empty document and insert the three items in separate citations (we tested with an author-date style).
(4) In Zotero, merge the three items to one.
(5) In the document, refresh.
Expected: that the three items become a single reference, cited three times.
Result: one of the items remains in the document, as an embedded reference. Refresh does not trigger an invitation to retain or overwrite it.
