troubleshooting did not help when trying to import this pdf from FF or chrome.

    as a workaround, right-click on the Save to Zotero icon --> Save to Zotero --> PDF will allow you to save the PDF

    when I click the save to Zotero icon all I see is:
    Move to menu
    Remove from toolbar
    Menu bar
    Bookmarks Toolbar
    Customize

    which browser & version, and OS? -- right-click definitely works on both Chrome & Firefox

    Extension context menus weren't fully supported in Firefox 52, but you can right-click on the page for the same options that now appear in the button context menu.
