Chrome Connector on Amazon - "search results" as author

I've noticed a trend recently that when using the connector to gather info from Amazon, it detects the name of the first author of any text to be "search results". Any subsequent authors/editors/translators will appear correctly.
I train people on how to use Zotero quite frequently and therefore get to see it on a number of computers. Interestingly, this doesn't occur on every computer I've worked with recently.
I've tried reinstalling both the application and the Chrome connector. Any suggestions for fixing this bug?
