Proble Zotero Word

Bonjour,
Ayant rencontré des difficultés avec Open et Libre Office, j'ai téléchargé Word.
Cependant, malgré avoir suivi la procédure d'installation de Zotero dans Word (https://www.zotero.org/support/fr/word_processor_plugin_manual_installation) cela ne marche pas, rien ne s'installe.
Quelqu'un pourrait-il m'aider???
