URL not showing

When I try to add a citation, it ends up just showing me the title of the website, it doesn't show me the URL nor any other information about the website I copied. I believe it is not reading the snapshot from the zotero, any idea what's wrong?

When you say "add a citation" what do you mean? Citing an item in Word/LibreOffice or importing an item into Zotero?
