Search functionality in reports--Zotero 5 for Windows

I am hoping to get a couple of useful features from Zotero for Firefox back in Zotero 5.0. One thing I am missing is the ability to quickly locate the relevant part of a note by using an integrated search feature. This happened as a matter of course when the report was a web page opened in Firefox, but now the search feature is not working when a report is a pop up window in Zotero 5.

What are the chances of the search functionality coming back to reports?

    In the mean time, you can search reports by saving them to your computer (as HTML files) or printing them to a PDF.

    Note that search functionality within a single note was actually added in Zotero 5

    @adamsmith Reports, not notes. As far as I am aware, report searching still doesn't work.
