This is the message I am getting. Citation information will not transfer from citation in menu bar to printed page. ]
Technology impaired ( a late learner on the computer).

Make sure you're running the latest version of Zotero, currrently 5.0.43.
If you are, see the Debugging Broken Documents steps, and send along a small snippet of the document if possible as explained in Step 8.
Thank you for your help. I have installed the latest version of Zotero and it seems to be running better. No notifications of errors.
