Hello, I'm having issues with Zotero and Firefox Quantum.

Zotero Version: 5.0.41
Firefox: 59.0.2

Steps to reproduce:
1) Start Firefox
2) Start Zotero

Zotero icon does not appear on Firefox toolbar
