Leading space when author suppressed (First Monday)

I've struggled with several problems when rendering citations in First Monday style. First, no space is rendered between "volume" and number when creating bibliography entries, but I was able to fix that one myself by editing the style from Zotero preferences. The more persistent problem is the leading space before the year when I suppress the author for in-text citations.

Ex.
"…noted delinquency scholar Travis Hirschi { |-Hirschi, 1969 | | |zu:0:U7CK26ID} argued that…"
is rendered as
"…noted delinquency scholar Travis Hirschi ( 1969) argued that…"

I'd also love to see how I can get just the short title of web pages to show up in-text, either all the time or just for subsequent cites.

Thank you for reporting the issues, I've put in a fix for it and you can test it out by right clicking and saving the link as a .csl file.
The volume thing is defo fixed. the style wasn't very well written. The in-text issue. I've made the style a bit more robust regarding this. Let me know if it still persists.
