Upgrade StorageIncomplete installation
Installing Zotero 5.0 on a new computer harvests lots of files but no regular folders for them. How to get the folders back? (They still show up OK in the web version.)

dstillmanYou're referring to collections in the left-hand pane? Most likely either the left pane is closed, in which case you can click along the left edge to open it, or your library is collapsed and you can click the triangle/plus-sign next to the library to expand it.
