Citations in text style without function

Hello,

I have used Zotero in Word Documents for more than a year now and I have been always quite content with it.

Now, though, there is a problem I have not experienced before: When I try to insert citations, Zotero just gives me in many cases only text citations without a function. Hence, Zotero does not include those citations in the bibliography. What I really wonder about is that it works for some citations and doesn't work for others. The only general recognizable pattern is that multipage citations are never put into functions.

Can anybody help me or did experience such a problem before? Shall I reinstall Zotero (my data is saved on my account)? I have already re-installed the Word plug-in.

    Could you submit a Report ID? What version of Word?

    Update Zotero to the most recent version. 4.0.29.15 is not even the oldest version on 4.0
