how to get the file collection from file?

when I search by keywords in zotero library, I can get the right file.

However, how can i get the file collection?

If by file you mean the Zotero item, pressing down the Alt key (Cmd key on the Mac, I think) should highlight collections in which the item is present.

It doesn't work on my laptop. I am not using Mac
