Zotero Libre Office Problem

I can add/edit a citation but if I hit refresh or unlink citations in Libre Office 6.0.2 I get the following error message below. Any thoughts on how I can fix this?

Could you follow step 8 of debugging broken document instructions, extract the smallest snippet that produces this problem and email it to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread?

I went through the debugging instructions and step 1 resolved the issue. Thanks for your help!
