How to share with colleagues

Please can you advise me how to share my library/curation with my colleagues. Do they need to belong to Zotero? Or can I send them a link to a folder?

    Do you want to share references only, or references plus PDFs etc? In the latter case only, collaborators would need to sign up for a Zotero account.

    In either case, though, the content will of course be more accessible and useful if synced to a desktop client (rather than relying on web access), and an account is needed for that anyway.
